I'm not sure how I found this stub, but a quick google search allows a bit of an expansion for it:
"It may not have the shocking title of other bishoujo games as Battle Raper: HYPER REALACTION, but Water Closet is surely one of the weirder ones. It’s the first b-game in the English-speaking market to focus on the world of scatology. The five female characters it features all have various bodily dysfunctions, which are confronted and overcome thanks to the player’s choices. Take Reika, the fashion model with constipation: “On her way out of the bathroom a well-dressed man accosts her and proceeds to mock her for shitting in public, accuses her of licking pubic hair off of toilet seats, and then tops it all off by blackmailing her into letting him see her asshole. Of course once well dressed Japanese men catch sight of a recently dilated sphincter they have no choice but to violently rape someone”. And so on.
Curiously, Water Closet dwells thematically and visually on things such as menstruation and defecation, but then chooses to bleep out a word as innocuous and useful as “labia” from the dialogue. Just how the choice to censor it was reconciled with the rest of the content is incomprehensible.
