State Route 20 Spur is a spur route coming off of SR-20 that heads northwest from the mainline into Anacortes on Fidalgo Island. The road essentially connects the main road to the San Juan Islands via the Anacortes ferry dock. Also at the Anacortes ferry dock are ferries to Sidney, British Columbia on Vancouver Island.
