Warriors cricket team

The Fidentia Warriors is the current name of the first class cricket team to represent the Eastern Cape Province and Border areas of South Africa. The home grounds of the Warriors are St. George's Park, Port Elizabeth and Mercedes Benz Park, East London
They play in the SuperSport Series and also the Standard Bank 50 over and Twenty20 limited over competitions.
As Eastern Province, the team won the SuperSport Series, previously known as the Currie Cup, twice outright (in 1988–89 and 1991–92), and shared it in 1989–90. The Warriors have so far finished last in both their two first years of SuperSport Series competition.
