Warrant officer 1st class (Royal Canadian Air Cadets)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The rank of cadet warrant officer 1st class (C/WO1), is the highest rank achievable for a cadet in the Royal Canadian Air Cadets. The rank is typically given to only one cadet within any single squadron or summer training centre. The position held by a C/WO1 is the cadet squadron commander or cadet wing commander position. A C/WO1 must have years of experience in cadets, completed all five training levels, and preferably have completed at least one specialty summer training course. Eligible cadets for C/WO1 must also have held the rank of cadet warrant officer 2nd class (C/WO2) for six months or more.
