Warning Sign is a song by the musical group Coldplay. The song is featured on the album A Rush Of Blood To The Head.

Warning Sign tells about the suffering of a man, perhaps band member Chris Martin himself whose love was over. In the song, the protagonist understands that he misses his woman so much, and realises that he has lost her as a consequence of his living in a bubble until she left him. The woman is described as an "island he passed by". When asked about this song, Chris Martin once shook his head and would not talk about it, stating that he had had "enough" of that song while refusing to sing it again . Nonetheless, Coldplay performed the song live in 2005 during the Glastonbury Festival, as well as in Toronto.

The song is featured in Michael Winterbottom's 2003 movie "Code 46" and Zach Braff's 2006 movie "The Last Kiss".
