Warba is a city in Itasca County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 183 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 8.4 km² (3.3 mi²). 8.3 km² (3.2 mi²) of it is land and 0.2 km² (0.1 mi²) of it (1.84%) is water.

As of the census2 of 2000, there were 183 people, 79 households, and 57 families residing in the city. The population density was 22.1/km² (57.3/mi²). There were 86 housing units at an average density of 10.4/km² (26.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the city was 98.36% White, and 1.64% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.64% of the population.
There were 79 households out of which 31.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 59.5% were married couples living together, 11.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 26.6% were non-families. 22.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 8.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.32 and the average family size was 2.69.
In the city the population was spread out with 23.5% under the age of 18, 9.3% from 18 to 24, 31.7% from 25 to 44, 19.1% from 45 to 64, and 16.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 38 years. For every 100 females there were 105.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 102.9 males.
The median income for a household in the city was $27,500, and the median income for a family was $31,250. Males had a median income of $21,429 versus $16,250 for females. The per capita income for the city was $11,772. About 14.3% of families and 19.6% of the population were below the poverty line, including 26.2% of those under the age of eighteen and none of those sixty five or over.
