[edit] Image tagging for Image:Img_comic01.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Img_comic01.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

[edit] Sources
Articles must have sources. See WP:CITE. I patrol pages in any number of ways (new pages, recent changes, randomly) and came across the article I added the sources template to. If I come across the others while editing, I would leave that template behind on them as well if they do not have sources. Erechtheus 15:58, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Image tagged by OrphanBot on 13/11/2006
I would like to enquire about the tagging of Image:Img comic01.jpg as not specifying the source and creator. The source URL has been provided and the creator of the image is not stated at the source. As such, the creator has been denoted as "unknown, not stated in source". It is not through editor's fault that information on the creator has been omitted, since said information is nonexistent at the source.
I await further clarification. Please contact me on my Talk page regarding this matter ASAP.
Thank you. --Warp L. Obscura 12:09, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
- The original no source/license tag wasn't added by orphanbot, but by an anonymous user 163.139.215.193 (talk · contribs). Orphanbot did leave a note on your talk page, but that's just a system that helps inform people of images tagged by people. I don't think there is actually a problem with the image, the fair use claim seems ok, so I removed the tag. That user seems to have tagged a lot of questionable images unfortunately. :( - cohesion 18:26, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
