Warcraft is a popular computer game series and franchise created by Blizzard Entertainment. While the first Warcraft game, along with its sequels, belong to the real-time strategy genre, the franchise also includes numerous spin-offs, including novels, tabletop role-playing games, various merchandise, and the extremely popular massively multiplayer online role-playing game World of Warcraft.
Goblins have small eyes, green skin and long pointed ears. They are relatively humanoid and wear clothing, as do many other denizens of Azeroth.
During the Second Great War, the Goblins made an alliance with the Horde, providing them with their engineering skills, such as the Goblin Sappers and the Zeppelins. After the defeat of the Horde, the Goblins were scattered and became neutral, favoring neither the Horde nor the Alliance; it is speculated that, in light of the goblin love for profit, they did this in order to increase the trade of their goods and services. ...that following the opening of the gates of Ahn'Qiraj, there are at least three Legendary (orange) items in the game so far? One is a quest reward, a special mount which you get for forging the sceptre of Ahn'Qiraj and turning it in in no more than 10 hours after the opening, and the other two (a mace and a sword) are crafted using very rare items from various bosses in Molten Core. There are two other Legendary items found, a necklace which was removed by Blizzard because it was 'deemed too powerful', and another sword called the Ashbringer, seen on most GM's, but they are currently only attainable for players on private servers. Blizzard has suggested that these items will be attainable after future patches.
