Wantirna is a suburb of Melbourne, Australia, in the state of Victoria. It is in the Local Government Area of the City of Knox. Features include the Knox Private Hospital and Swinburne TAFE Wantirna Campus. On Sundays there is a "Trash and Treasure" (Flea) market. There is also a SCOPE mental health facility and a Hungarian Community Centre along with many churches scattered throughout.
Wantirna is the site of the well known Knox City Shopping Centre which has a large bus terminus which caters for the whole suburb and surrounding area.
Schools in Wantirna include Wantirna Primary School, Wantirna College, Wantirna Heights School, Regency Park Primary School, Templeton Primary Schooland St Lukes Primary School.
The EastLink tollway will run through Wantirna when construction is complete with interchanges at Boronia Road and Burwood Highway.
