This is a Chinese name; the family name is Wang.

Wang Yue (born March 31, 1987) is a chess Grandmaster from China. In 1999, Wang Yue was the world champion in the category under 12 years. In 2006 on the 37th Chess Olympiad, his rating performance was 2837, second best of all players. In the October 2006 FIDE list, he had a rating of 2644, making him world number 62 and number 2 in China.
