Waltham Chase is a village in Hampshire, England, neighbouring the village of Bishop's Waltham.

Previously a forest used for the Hierarchy of Bishops Waltham to hunt game. It is now a small village with a small Primary School - St John The Baptist C E, parks, village hall and village shop. Its most notable feature is a crossroads.
