Walter F. Timilty is a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the 7th Norfolk District. He is a member of the United States Democratic Party.

Rep. Timilty's district includes portions of Milton and Randolph, Massachusetts. He is a graduate of Milton Academy, Boston College, and the Southern New England School of Law. In addition to his service in the House, Timilty has served as a Town Meeting Member in Milton, and as a member of the Milton Democratic Town Committee.
