Walter Gerlach

Walter Gerlach (1 August 1889 - 10 August 1979) was a German physicist.
He discovered the spin quantization together with Otto Stern in 1922. (Stern-Gerlach experiment) Suspected of involvement in the Nazi nuclear research programme, he was taken to the UK for questioning.
