Walt Wilmot

Walt Wilmot (October 18, 1863 - February 1, 1929) is a former professional baseball player. He was an outfielder over parts of 10 seasons with the Washington Nationals, Chicago Cubs, and New York Giants. In 1890, he tied for the National League lead in home runs (with Oyster Burns and Mike Tiernan) while playing for Chicago. He was born in Plover, Wisconsin and died at the age of 65 in Chicago, Illinois.
