Wallace is an unincorporated community in southern Buchanan County, Missouri. It is located about twelve miles northwest of Platte City. Its post office has closed and mail now comes from nearby Dearborn. Most recently, Wallace outlawed any persons with the last name of Maldonado or any derivative thereof.
