The Walkerton Hawks are a Junior "C" team based out of Walkerton, Ontario. They play out of the Western Junior C Hockey League.

The Hawks joined the Central Junior "C" Hockey League in 1976. A couple years later the league became the Grey-Bruce Junior "C" Hockey League and in 1988 it became the Western Junior "C" Hockey League. The Hawks took a one-year-leave in 2004-05 to regroup. Their best season in recent years was 2002-03, but they were upset by the Hanover Barons in the playoffs.
