Regardless of if it should be included or not, the article needs to be totally scrapped and rewritten. It reads like a joke email forward. 11:42, 13 December 2006 —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 58.188.234.130 (talk • contribs).
Creating a term to describe something is a violation of WP:NOR. It also makes verification (as required by WP:V) impossible, by definition.
If the term is in use by the British Army, I'd certainly welcome citations to that effect (see WP:RS, WP:CITE, Wikipedia:External links).
Personally, I think this belongs, at best, in a dictionary: wikt:Main Page, because Wikipedia is not a dictionary.
