all of her songs are great. this one is just another fine example of how singing AGAINST love can sometimes be better than singing for love.

[edit] worried

frankly, i'm worried how a 4th single in a row about heartbreak will come off to fans. I'm sure it will be a hit, but honestly, the best single to release at this time would have been "You Found Me".

Kelly Clarkson should release 'Gone' instead of 'Walk Away'.When I heard that 'Gone' was going to be released, I was predicting the song would reach the Billboard Top 10 but why must Kelly replaced it to 'Walk Away'?? Please Kelly...choose Gone for the next single.

Too bad, "Addicted" is confirmed as the next single. Actually, I prefer "Gone" too. I think "Addicted" will perform average like "Walk Away" on the charts.

btw, Walk Away was one of the four or so songs on the album I always skipped, so hopefully my that won't reflect on everyone else 207.30.196.3 03:00, 18 January 2006 (UTC)

i liked walk away but i prefered where is your heart

I would like to say that "Walk Away" and "Since U Been Gone" aren't about heartbreak, they're about breakups, and they are not nessarcerily the same thing. And it is doing fairly well, you don't have to worry. It's personally one of my favorite songs. Bye! MorwenofLossarnarch 03:50, 15 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Clean Up

Can anyone make the 'Song Information' and 'Video' section of this page a bit more eloquent? The descriptions and sentence structure aren't very good.

I'm not saying I could do much better, but I'm sure someone can.

Updated the "Chart Position" section to reflect less speculation and increase objectivity. --Atlantawes 19:19, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Speculation

I removed the link to "Addicted" in the info box, because it's unlikely that it will be a single, considering that Clarkson expressed that she hoped that "Walk Away" was the last single, since she was excited about her third album to be released. MorwenofLossarnarch 03:53, 15 March 2006 (UTC)

I'm not sure about it. Kelly's new album wil be out late 2006 or early 2007. This gives her plenty of time to release Addicted. But I prefer Gone as the last single.

Could someone provide a link to where Kelly Clarkson stated "Addicted" is unlikely to be a single? --Atlantawes 14:08, 1 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] #21?

I looked on the Top 75 chart, and Ordinary Boys is at #21. Walk Away is nowhere to be seen. [1] Mike H. That's hot 23:23, 19 March 2006 (UTC)

This website identifies very clearly that "Walk Away" debuted at number twenty-one in the UK. It could be that the URL you access was running short or an update failed to appear on-screen. —Eternal Equinox | talk 14:05, 22 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] BDS Chart this week?

I've tried pulling it up on canoe.ca, but it's only giving a scrambled version of the US BDS Top 20. Does anyone have the Canadian version? Mike H. That's hot 08:27, 24 March 2006 (UTC)

Jam.canoe is currently experiencing a malfunction in their programmers, however, the single is at number eight this week. —Eternal Equinox | talk 01:43, 27 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Fancruft

This article seems to me to have some fancruft. Someone needs to remove it. MorwenofLossarnarch 17:05, 29 March 2006 (UTC)

You're being really vague. Can you cite examples? Mike H. That's hot 01:25, 30 March 2006 (UTC)

which just so happens to be Kelly's brother Jason seems, to me, to be slightly fancrufty. There are other instances. MorwenofLossarnarch 18:43, 30 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Go??

If the title of this page is Walk Away (Kelly Clarkson song), then why is the page information about "Go"? And since when do we know that it will be the sixth single off her third album, anyway?--CatMan 23:52, 26 June 2006 (UTC)
