Waingels College is a very successful and well-established comprehensive school offering a high quality education to over 1,500 students from the ages of 11 to 18. Our examination results place us in the very top tier of state comprehensives in the country. A fact acknowledged by the award of three, successive school achievement awards from the government. Our students’ achievements in culture, sport and the wider community, as well as their academic results, are a testimony to the hard work and commitment of our team of professional staff. They also reflect our expectations of the very highest standards from every member of our community. Above all, Waingels is a welcoming place, proud of what our students and staff achieve. I very much hope that as well as visiting us through this website, you have the opportunity to visit us in person. If you do, you will receive a warm welcome.
