I caught a number of translation and typographical errors in your latest contribution to the Spanish cuisine SPATRA. While I appreciate your effort in working on a difficult section, please be more careful in the future, and if you find a word with multiple meanings, consider leaving it alone. (For example, you translated "recio" as "tough," but in referring to wines, it's better translated as "robust" or "strong.")
