Waberthwaite is a village on the estuary of the River Esk in Cumbria, England. It was historically located near to and overlooking Muncaster Castle and the picturesque village of Ravenglass. The Millom Palladium is the local arts facility in the nearby town of Millom, run by the Millom Amateur Operatic Society.
Also close by is the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway one of the most picturesque rides in the world through the Eskdale Valley.
Near by there are Nature Reserves, with the Hodbarrow RSPB to the south.
