If the city in question shares its name with another city in the same country, add in the state or province it belongs to. "Rochester, USA" is vague. "Otsu, Japan" is not (as far as I know, but if there is another city in Japan named Otsu, clarify it). "Hollywood, USA" would not be vague as even though there's more than one, that reference always refers to the place in California. Sparkhead 15:29, 1 October 2006 (UTC)
