Vuren

Vuren (51°49′N 5°3′E) is a town in the Dutch province of Gelderland. It is a part of the municipality of Lingewaal, and lies about 5 km east of Gorinchem.

In 2001, the town of Vuren had 1575 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.47 km2, and contained 608 residences.[1] The statistical area "Vuren", which also can include the peripheral parts of the village, as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 2090.[2]
