[edit] T'plana-hath
The T'plana-hath was a Vulcan science vessel in the 21st century, the T'plana-hath was the vessel which made first contact with Earth in the year 2063 when the Vulcans detected Earths first warp flight, following Vulcan first contact protocol the starship T'plana-hath landed at the location of where the Phoenix had been launched.[1]
On landing three Vulcans exited the T'plana-hath, with their leader giving the Vulcan salute.[1]
Within the mirror universe first contact did not go so well between Human and Vulcans; Zefram Cochrane killed the Vulcan leader, and the humans surrounding the T'plana-hath raided the ship for its technology.[2]
The ship was named for T'plana-hath, the matron of the Vulcan philosophy.[3]
[edit] Surak class
The Surak class is a Vulcan science vessel in service in the 22nd century, like the D'Kyr type and Sh'Raan type the Surak class vessels had a ring shaped warp nacelle and a pointed hull. The Surak class was much more technologicly advanced then that of the Enterprise.
[edit] Technological specifications
The Surak class starships possessed advanced technology such as tractor beams, deflector shielding and could achieve max speeds of warp 6.5, although this technology was classified.[4]
[edit] Background
The Surak class was originally designed by Doug Drexler.[5]
[edit] Sh'Raan type
The Sh'Raan type is a Vulcan combat cruiser in the 22nd century, like the D'Kyr type and Sh'Raan type the Surak class vessels have a ring shaped warp nacelle, the Sh'Raan type sports a long pointed hull. The Sh'Raan type is one of the Vulcan High Commands most powerful combat cruisers.[6]
The Sh'Raan type starships possess many more technological advancements than those of the Enterprise. It is heavily armed, and capable of taking on at least three or more Mazarite warships in battle and disabling them, with little or no damage, and still being capable of destroying them. The Sh'Raan type is also the fastest known Vulcan ship with a top speed of Warp 7.[6]
A Sh'Raan type combat cruiser carries at least one shuttlecraft.[6]
[edit] Weaponry
The Sh'Raan was equipped with particle cannons which where capable of disabling several Mazarite warships within a few hits.
[edit] D'Kyr type

Defense | Deflector shields |
The D'Kyr type is a 22nd century type of vessel originally operated by the Vulcan high command, as with the Surak class and Sh'Raan type vessels the ship follows a ringed design with a pointy hull, the ship has a dual circular engine,[7] when the ships engines are active the ring would glow blue, the ringed warp nacelle is also capable of turning,[8] a small auxiliary craft is located within the dual ring.[7]
[edit] Technology
- Shields
The Vulcan ship used shielding as its primary line of defense, the D'Kyr type shields could withhold a direct attack from the Enterprise without taking any severe damage, and take several hits from a Kumari class starships particle canon.
- Weaponry
The D'Kyr type is equipped with particle cannons and photonic weaponry, the ships weapons fire in a lime green colour. A D'Kyr types weaponry caused severe damage to the Enterprise during the "Battle of Andoria".
- Shuttlecraft
A D'Kyr type ship as well as carrying an auxiliary craft within its ringed engine also carrys at least two auxiliary shuttlecraft in its shuttle bay on deck 7.[8]
