VoicePulse is a New Jersey based communications company that uses its VoIP network to deliver phone service to residential and business consumers.

VoicePulse was founded in North Brunswick, NJ in April 2003 by Ravi Sakaria and Ketan Patel.

Starting in late November 2006, numerous VoicePulse customers could no longer receive inbound calls. VoicePulse representatives will not reveal the cause of the problem, nor have they been able to provide an estimated fix date.

The consumer must call customer service to cancel their service, but will not be supplied with the packaging or postage to send a rented modem back to VoicePulse.
