Voices of Iraq was funded in part by the Department of Defense (US) via an organization called The Iraq Foundation which has the goal of regime change and promoting democracy in Iraq. The PR firm that Booya studios used is the same as that used by the US Army for their Army of One campaign. This is a conservative shill piece put out as propaganda and rushed into theaters right before the 2004 US presidential election as a political maneuver.
