Vogelwaarde

Vogelwaarde (51°19′N 3°58′E) is a town in the Dutch province of Zeeland. It is a part of the municipality of Hulst, and lies about 29 km southwest of Bergen op Zoom.

In 2001, the town of Vogelwaarde had 1348 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.64 km2, and contained 575 residences.[1] The statistical area "Vogelwaarde", which also can include the peripheral parts of the village, as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 2180.[2]

The village was formed in 1970 from the former villages Boschkapelle and Stoppeldijk.
