Vladimir Semyonov

Vladimir Semyonov (Russian: Bлaди́миp Ceмёнoв) was a Soviet military administrator in Eastern Germany during the Soviet occupation after the World War II. He was instrumental in the creation of East Germany, and served as the first Soviet ambassador to East Germany.
