Vladimir Pavlovich Belussov (Russian: Владимир Павлович Белоусов) (born July 14, 1946) is a former Soviet ski jumper who competed during the late 1960's and early 1970's, training at the Armed Forces sports society in Leningrad Oblast.

His best known successes were at the 1968 Winter Olympics in Grenoble, where he won a gold medal for the Soviet Union in the individual large hill event, and at the Holmenkollen ski festival, where he won the ski jumping competition twice (1968, 1970).

Beloussov is the only person from the Soviet Union or Russia to win a gold Medal in ski jumping in both the Winter Olympics and the Holmenkollen.
