Thanks for doing that Vladq, for some reason it was saved in an upload summary. I put it inside the actual discription for you. However, when you upload an image you create you also need to choose the liscense you release it under. I have added a presumed GFDL tag for now. If you are okay with GFDL please switch to {{GFDL-self}} or if you would like to release under a diferent liscence then see this crazy page.
