[edit] WikiProject A-League
Hi, I noticed you've contributed to pages related to the A-League competition - I started a WikiProject for it, and thought you might be interested in participating. Thanks! AlbinoMonkey (Talk) 05:35, 6 December 2005 (UTC)
[edit] WikiProject AFL
G'day, I figured you're a big fan of the A-League (as am I), but just wondering if you'd like to join WikiProject AFL. There seems to be a lack of awareness that such a project exists due to the previous inactivity on this site. But it's here, and I hope you will join. Cheers, Rogerthat 07:24, 18 December 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:AUSEPassport.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:AUSEPassport.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).
The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}
.
Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Thank you. Sherool (talk) 17:30, 11 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] WP A-League player project
WP A-League players 10% complete |
Hi ViXx!
I just wanted to let you know about the big WikiProject A-League 2005–06 player project. It is an attempt to bring the articles on every player who played in the A-League in 2005–06 up to standard. Check out the main page for the player project to get the full list of players as well as useful links and stats to help out. Hopefully we can get the full list done before the beginning of the 2006–07 season. Don't forget to update the counts (they will automatically update the status bar) as you go. Thanks! [edit] Expansion of WP:A-League
Hi ViXx,
Just thought I'd let you know there is currently a proposal to expand WikiProject A-League to include all areas of football/soccer in Australia, including the NSL, A-League, Socceroos, state leagues and more. A more formal proposal page can be found here. Please indicate whether you support the idea or not at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject A-League, and also add your 2c about what the new project should be called. Cheers! – AlbinoMonkey (Talk) 04:09, 19 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Chinese currency and Chinese yuan
Your help on Chinese currency is much appreciated. And as you have noticed, there are much duplicate information with Chinese yuan. I believe that the information about the currency(ies) during ROC period should eventually have its own article(s). But before that happens, the information should be merged into Chinese yuan. The reason for that is that Chinese yuan is a more specific article, while Chinese currency is more general. I would volunteer to do the delicate merging work, plus cross-validation with the Chinese wikipedia. Every sentence should be scrutinized to make sure that no information is lost. --ChoChoPK (球球PK) (talk | contrib) 21:45, 28 November 2006 (UTC)
