Virginia de' Medici (May 29, 1568 – January 15, 1615) was a daughter of Cosimo I de' Medici, Grand Duke of Tuscany.

On February 6, 1586, she married Cesare d'Este, Duke of Modena and Reggio from 1597.

In her late year she suffered of madness. Died in 1615, she was buried in Modena, at the Church of San Vincenzo.
