State Route 90 is a primary state highway in Wythe County, Virginia, United States, running south (signed east) from Interstate 81 to Rural Retreat.
SR 90 begins at Interstate 81 at exit 60; State Route 680 continues northeast to U.S. Route 21 near Favonia. It heads south and crosses U.S. Route 11 at Staley Crossroads, continuing into the town of Rural Retreat. The route ends at the intersection of Baumgardner Avenue (State Route 616), just after crossing a railroad. State Route 749 continues south to Cedar Springs and east to Speedwell.
