Jermantown Road (State Route 655) is a road running generally southwest to northeast through the City of Fairfax and Fairfax County in Virginia, near the City of Vienna. The road intersects with U.S. Route 50 and State Route 123 (Chain Bridge Road) in Fairfax County.

Jermantown Road crosses over Interstate 66 via an overpass, although no entrance or exit to the road is available from that highway.
