[edit] Miscellanea

  • From Anderson's Corner to Norge, the road was formerly signed as State Route 168 until the parallel portion of Interstate 64 was completed.
  • The intersection with U.S. Route 60 can be confusing because to continue on either highway involves turning—proceeding straight on the intersection will cause one to cross to the other road. Travelers going east on U.S. 60 must turn right at the intersection while traffic on Route 30 wishing to continue eastward must turn left.
