State Route 195, also known as the Downtown Expressway, is a primary state highway in Richmond, Virginia, United States. It is a toll road operated by the Richmond Metropolitan Authority, continuing Interstate 195 (Beltline Expressway) east to Interstate 95 through downtown. Near its west end is a split with State Route 146, which connects to State Route 76 (Powhite Parkway).
SR 195 was completed and numbered in 1976. According to the RMA, an average of approximately 54,000 vehicles utilize the Downtown Expressway each day.[citation needed] All tolls can be paid using Smart Tag or E-ZPass.
