State Route 180 is a primary state highway in the Eastern Shore region of the U.S. state of Virginia. It runs across the whole peninsula, connecting Harborton with State Route 1701 (Atlantic Avenue) in Wachapreague and crossing U.S. Route 13 at Keller.
