State Route 165 is a primary state highway in the South Hampton Roads area of the U.S. state of Virginia. It runs in a rough semicircle from U.S. Route 17 Business at Deep Creek east via Great Bridge to Princess Anne and then northwest and west to State Route 337 north of downtown Norfolk.
