State Route 110 is a primary state highway in Arlington County, Virginia, United States. It runs from an interchange with Interstate 395 and U.S. Route 1 at Crystal City north past the east side of the Pentagon to an interchange with Interstate 66, Arlington Ridge Road, and Wilson Boulevard at Rosslyn. SR 110 runs roughly parallel to the George Washington Memorial Parkway, also passing Arlington National Cemetery with an exit for the Arlington Memorial Bridge.

The highway has one at-grade intersection near its northern terminus; south of that point, however, it is a freeway. It is also signed as the Jefferson Davis Highway, although the official designation for this highway remains with US 1 at Crystal City.

After September 11, 2001, Route 110 was closed to trucks and tour buses until it could be rerouted farther from the Pentagon. Some of the truck detour signs on surrounding local roads such as State Route 120 were still standing as of May, 2005.[citation needed][original research?]

Route 110 is part of the National Highway System.
