Virginia Payne (December 7, 1904 - February 10, 1977) was an American radio actress, best known for her 27-year role as Ma Perkins.

In addition to her long-running Ma Perkins role, she also starred as Mrs. Carter on the radio drama The Carters of Elm Street.
