[edit] End of company
The article might benefit from a clearer statement of the end of operations. Were the assets bought out, did the company dissolve, did it go bankrupt or what? It just says "went out of business". Hopefully that's not too painful a question. Thanks!
- The two largest contracts were lost at the same time and with the absolute minimum notice legally required. That represented about 80% of revenues, and it was impossible to carry overhead and continue operations, even potentially with bankruptcy protection. All employees were paid, but owners and unsecured creditors lost all, and many smaller customers were forced to scramble to find alternatives. Both corporations were allowed to die a natural death in 2005 by jot renewing State Charter papers and paying fees. Due to pending legal issues, that is all I can say (and thanks, it is still painful). Vaoverland 16:55, 29 January 2006 (UTC)
- Well, that just totally sucks. I could say something polemical and libertarian about how relying on government agencies can be dangerous, but I think I'll just extend my sympathy instead... because I expect you've heard that already to where you may well be sick of it. Wish you all the best in your pending legal issues, and what a damn shame. ++Lar: t/c 18:56, 29 January 2006 (UTC)
