Viper Records was originally launched to provide a home for Jonathan Stuart's album New Prohibition. Stuart is Vice President of the label. In 2001 Immortal Technique was made the Executive VP of Viper, bringing the label much more exposure.

New artist and affiliates include: One Enterprises, Ltd, AKIR, P.J. Pacifico, and Diabolic
