Viper is one of the youngest and powerful of the Viper Family. He is a red jumpsuit, wearing king cobra-like alien with a blaster on his right hand. When learning of the Keroro Platoon, he kidnapps Dororo and Koyuki to use as bait for the Keroro Platoon who he overpowers, but when Keroro reveals to Dororo he broke his beloved music box, Viper is killed by the Keroro Platoon's Super Deathblow. Two years later, he returns as part cyborg with a claw to get revenge on Dororo but disguises himself as Dororo to hide himself from Karara and Chiroro but goes mad and leaves while Chiroro fallows, thinking he was Dororo, leaving speculations that he purposely kidnapps her. When meeting with the Keroro Platoon, he finds another Viper holding Karara hostage. After learning how much Chiroro cares about her sister, Viper assists Dororo in destroying the other Viper who was really Keroro wearing a Viper Pekopon Suit and walks away, promising to meet the Keroro Platoon again.

- Cool Big Brother Viper: Viper's Elder Brother who seeks revenge over his Brother's death and lures Dororo into battle with his allies. Cool Big Brother Viper is defeated by Dororo but grows to great sized but flees when encountering a larger Keroro with the powers of the Flash Spoon.
