VIP (acronym of Vuelos Internos Privados) is an airline based at Mariscal Sucre International Airport in Quito, Ecuador. It is a subsidiary airline of Avianca.

The Ecuadorian VIP S.A. was founded in 1997 as a VIP Club, a charter company which renders services only to associated members.
In 2001, the company started to operate with commercial flights.
In 2003, it became part of the Synergy Group which owns 100% of its stocks.
Nowadays, VIP S.A. counts with a turbo-propelled aircraft which is responsible for 8 shuttle services daily between Guayaquil and Quito. In addition, it can offer charter services with flights to oil producing areas in Ecuador. This year, VIP S.A. is going through an integration process with Synergy Group's Aviation Companies.

VIP fly to Quito airport to make connection with Avianca, which serves international destinations in its hub at El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá, D.C., Colombia.
