Viola (TimeSplitters)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Viola is a video game character from the TimeSplitters series of first-person shooters.
Viola is the daughter of a reclusive French Contessa, who one day left the family mansion and became a demon hunter, hunting out evil wherever it bares its ugliness. To disguise herself, she dresses as a traveling troubadour, an appearance that has fooled many enemies into thinking her nothing but a jester.
Her trademark weapon is a pair of Luger pistols which she keeps stashed in her comedy exterior. In 1895 she entered the haunted cathedral of Notre-Dame with Mr. Underwood to discover what had happened to several maidens who had gone missing. What they found was that the mad priest Jacque de la morte and his cult had been sacrificing maidens to the TimeSplitters, whom they believed to be angels. After fighting many zombies and fallen priests Viola and Mr. Underwood reached the rooftops were they prepared to kill Jacque. They both succeeded and recovered the Time Crystal.
It was later discovered that Jacque de la Morte had somehow survived and traveled to Venice to create a new Cult of followers, Viola and Mr Underwood once more teamed up and went to the Venice, but nothing is known of what happened after that.
In her bio for TimeSplitters: Future Perfect, it only says CENSORED.
