Viodentia

Viodentia is the software hacker pseudonym of the entity that created the FairUse4WM program that breaks copy protection technology used by popular legal download sites such as Yahoo Music and Napster[1]. Microsoft has already filed a federal lawsuit against the real "Viodentia" in the hopes that the real person(s) can be identified. Viodentia defends him/her/their-self by publishing the following via the internet: "FairUse4WM has been my own creation, and has never involved Microsoft source code," the developer wrote. "I link with Microsoft's static libraries provided with the compiler and various platform SDK (software development kit) files.".
Microsoft have said that they will track down Viodentia within 120 days from September 26 2006 [2]
