Vinci City States

Founded during the time of the Great Inventor, the Vinci are not one united nation but a multitude of city states seen as a loosely connected affilation of uneasy alliances and at worst unified by only methods of destruction during times of war.At times certain states rise to become superpowers whereas others seek the protection of more powerful states as vassals.The Vinci cities are not mere settlements but industrial complexes,military strongholds and cradles of inventive geniuses.Advancement and development differ greatly between each state as each is under a diffrent ruling system.Every state has a diffrent climate and terrain according to location such as the jungles of the Umberto Lowlands or eventual usage of land such as Wasteland.Currently the two most powerful states are Miana and Venucci.

Below is a list of the Vinci city states and their description.
Miana
The most advanced of the city states,Miana is ruled by the Giamba family.Noable leaders are Petruzzo and Giacomo.Miana is the first Vinci city to utilize the clockworkman technology in both mining and warfare as they are the inventions of Giacomo.Being the easternmost state, Mainan merchants are the first to introduce Alin goods to the Vinci.In the campaign Miana is the only city that is not shown and very little is known about the appearence of the city.In the end Miana is destroyed by the Doge using the Hammer.It is unknown how thorough the city is destroyed or any if survivors escaped.
Venucci
The strongest state in the sence of military might, it is ruled by the Doge with an iron fist with all its citizens forced to work on its war machines.The city can be seen as a direct opposite of Miana in sence that Miana is centre of learning while Venucci is a war factory. Venucci is also the northernmost state.Both Dirsi and Ranconi is the territory of Venucci.In the end of the Vinci campaign Venucci has been captured by Giacomo ,however the Doge has escaped and heads eastwards.
Pirata
The base of the Pirata, aerial mercenaries of the Vinci is situated on impassable terrain only traversable by air.The lofty Pirata city looms over the rough terrain of the area.In the campaign Pirata was under the control of the Doge who wished to siege the PIrata because they refused further assistance to him.
Padonia
Midway between Miana and Pirata, the people of Padonia have maintain peace by being vassals to both Pirata and Miana.Due to its location near Miana it is also a centre invention and the locals thrive on building walkers.Giacomo's walker is made in Padonia,however it is unknown if the Doge's walker is so.
Wasteland
Turned barren because of the mining in the area,however do not be fooled because many timonium reserves still exist underground.Wasteland is ruled by Lord Rocco and is Venucci main timonium supplier.A rebellion is currently led by Distruzio against Lord Rocco.
Ferligno
The city of Ferligno lies lofty above the hills ruled by Don Sclario.The area strategic location makes it wealthy through trade.Like Wasteland the area supplies the coffers of Venucci with wealth.General battaglion is held here along with his band of Condottieri.
Vernazza
The main timonium reserves of Miana,the area is also a vassal of Miana.The Vinci campaign begins here with reports of a mysterious object making the miners sick.However the Doge hs reached here first and uses the object to create a landslide killing Petruzzo.
Tarona
Another vassal of Miana,Tarona is ruled by a viscount, Dante who declares Tarona independant after the death of Petruzzo and the crashing of a mysterious object in Tarona.
