Vincent Pastore

Vincent Pastore (b. July 14, 1946) is an American film and television actor, often cast as a mobster or heavy.
Pastore was born in The Bronx, New York, of Italian-American descent. He attended Pace University for 3 years before eventually going into the acting industry after befriending Matt and Kevin Dillon; he was previously a club-owner in New Rochelle, New York. He has made appearances in films ranging from Goodfellas to Shark Tale, but he is arguably best known for the role of Salvatore "Big Pussy" Bonpensiero on The Sopranos.
Pastore also hosts The Wiseguy Show on Sirius Satellite Radio (Raw Dog, channel 104).
Pastore lost 29 lbs on the fourth season of the VH1 reality show Celebrity Fit Club which ran from August 6 to October 1, 2006.
He appeared in The Adventures of Pete & Pete in the "New Year's Pete" episode as Vincent Park, Bowling Agent.
On April 2, 2005, Pastore was arrested for assaulting his fiancée actress/director Lisa Regina in Little Italy, Manhattan. He refused plea deals for community service on May 6 and June 30, but reportedly agreed to plead guilty on September 26.[1] [2] [3] [4]
