Vincent Keoni Manuwai (born July 12, 1980) is an offensive lineman for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the NFL.

Manuwai attended Farrington High School in Honolulu, Hawaii, Manuwai three-times each in football and track and field and once in basketball. In football, he won All-Conference and All-State honors. In track and field, he was an All-League shot-putter, and won first team All-League and second team All-State honors as a discus thrower. Vincent Manuwai graduated from Farrington High School in 1999.
