Villa Barbaro

Villa Barbaro in Maser near Asolo, Italy, designed and built by the Italian sculpter and architect Andrea Palladio between 1549 - 1558 for his friends the Barbaro brothers Daniele and Marcantonio. Daniele studied architecture at university and wanted to play a major role in the design of the project. The villa is part of the World Heritage Site The Palladian Villas of the Veneto.
